Solution
A 3-pipe heat-recovery VRF system that heats and cools different zones at the same time, moving heat from zones in cooling to zones in heating. Around 200 concealed ducted units keep the equipment out of sight in the retail spaces.
Result
Individual climate control for each tenant zone, with lower energy use in mid-season thanks to heat recovery.
