Solution
Every engineering decision is checked against two references: technical correctness and the hotel brand's own standards (brand book). Each on-site redesign is worked through with the other trades before installation, so the systems fit the building as it is being rebuilt.
Result
Project in progress, with phased handover. Completion planned for 2027. Commissioning records and measured values will be added at handover.
